Having a lot of experience in managing and owning other restaurants, the opportunity to open Sarducci's allowed me to combine my business background with my creative vision. I feel as if I've finally created the perfect restaurant for myself, and for this community. When we first opened we wanted to create a family, and each employee was chosen with that in mind. The most satisfying part of my job is watching our staff and our customers have a great time together.
