I used to be a restaurant manager, I came from Portland, Maine, I moved here one year ago. I wanted more consistent hours, of my choice, so I could explore other avenues of income as well as waitressing. Sarducci's as a whole is fabulous place to work; every one cares about each other, the owners bend over backwards to accommodate their employees and keep every one happy. After 23 years in restaurants this is one of the best.
